Realize that if you are going to share a login entry, it will have to live inside the organization and not in your personal account. Here I would change the Access Control (Manage People in the organization) so that each user only has access to select collections. You can almost think of the organization as a third account. You are completely giving over the login entry to the organization and then that organization is sharing it with you. You will no longer be the direct owner of this item once it has been shared."
